About My Practice

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but you do not have to walk the path alone. As an MSW Intern, I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment where you feel fully seen and validated. My practice is explicitly anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and dedicated to social and environmental justice, recognizing the profound ways that societal structures impact personal well-being.

Approach & Specializations

Drawing from both lived and learned experience as a queer, trans, disabled, and neurodivergent therapist, I meet clients with deep empathy and authenticity. I hold a mind-body perspective on wellness—understanding that trauma resides in both physical and emotional realms—and incorporate somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care into my practice.
