Dr. Alex has over twenty years of clinical experience working with clients of all genders, sexual, relational, and erotic orientations, across the lifespan. They’re a licensed family therapist, certified sex and relationship therapist, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, clinical supervisor, and are trained in dance and movement therapy.
They offer short-term therapy, relationship intensives, and marathon therapy.

Root Holden (they/them) is a queer, disabled eco-spiritual care provider and death doula based in Duluth, MN. To support their clients, Root provides spiritual companionship - including discernment sessions, tarot reading, ritual creation and facilitation, and specializes in helping the gender expansive community in rites of passage surrounding transition.

My practice is explicitly anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and dedicated to social and environmental justice, recognizing the profound ways that societal structures impact personal well-being.
